 I was offered penile prosthesis surgery. When I applied to my teacher Yaşar for a prosthesis, he said that I could maintain the hardening naturally. Shock wave therapy was applied. I talked to many doctors, but none of them could give the confidence that my teacher Yaşar gave. My teacher Yaşar always told me to be patient. I am now in the 6th month of my treatment. I have enough natural hardening, I am very satisfied. I will follow Yaşar teacher all my life, I will not go to any other urologist .
